LEH-LADAKH Bike Trip

 

Day 1-Delhi to Manali by bike

  • Delhi → Panipat → Kurukshetra → Ambala → Chandigarh → Bilaspur → Mandi → Kullu → Manali

    This route will take you around 12 to 13 hours via NH 44 and 154. The distance is approx  560 kilometres.

  • Rest over night at hotel/guesthouse

Day 2-Exploring Manali


For the purpose of a test ride and adventure, you can take your bikes to the Solang Valley, famous for adventurous activities.


You can also ride to the Vashist temple to see the natural hot springs there

Dinner at hotel, where you will stay overnight


Day 3 - Start Riding

Get a filling breakfast and start your ride towards Jispa via Leh Manali Hwy which is about 223km.


Crossing Rohtang Pass, Gulaba, and Marhi Koksar

You will reach at Jispa in the evening which is your campsite

Dinner and overnight stay in Jispa camps


Day 4 - Jispa to Sarchu

Take your breakfast and

Start your ride to reach Sarchu via Leh Manali Hwy manali which is about 85km. 


Crossing scenic wonders like Darcha, Baralacha and Zing Zing bar

You will reach Sarchu in the late afternoon, you can rest or  involve in some local activities

Overnight in camps

Day 5 - Ride from Sarchu to Leh

leh via Leh Manali Highway / Keylong-Leh Road which is about 250km. 

Take your breakfast and leave for the most exciting part of the journey

Watch the landscape change as you continue riding

You will be crossing wonders like Nakee La, Lachung La, and Gata loops


Keep riding till Rumtse, where you will have high tea

Reach Leh in the evening.

Overnight at Leh hotel or guesthouse  as your choice.

Day 6 - Buffer day at Leh

leave for Sham Valley for an excursion which is about

Your visits today will include Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill and the confluence of Indus and Zanskar


In the evening, you can take a walk in the markets of Leh and visit the Leh Palace

Dinner and Overnight in Hotel/Guesthouse as your choice

Day 7 - Riding to Nubra Valley

      Riding to reach Nubra Valley Khardung La Rd to which is about 159km. 


Ride through the highest civilian motorable pass of the world, Khardung La; spend some time at the Khardung La Top

Ride to the Diskit Monastery for a brilliant view of Nubra Valley

Stop at Hundar Sand dunes and Enjoy a double-humped Camel ride in the cold desert

Enjoy your dinner and stay overnight in camps

Day 8 - Riding to the Pangong Lake 

     which is about 274km. crossing some beautiful sceneries before arriving at Durbok


After this, riding straight for Pangong

Arrive at the lake and check in to camps/or your personal camps.

Overnight in Camps

Day 9 - Riding back to Leh

Wake up to the beautiful Pangong Lake and have breakfast

Enjoy your time at this beautiful lake and click pictures


Start riding for Leh over Chang La Pass

Enjoy a warm coffee at the Chang La top

You will reach Leh in the evening and have your dinner

Overnight in Leh hotel/guesthouse

Day 10 - Returning back to home


   Instruction 

     Use Standard size Helmet for rider and pillion ride (Used Helmet not new)
